Ahnimal 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you and your pet to love the Ahnimal Nail Grinder Pro. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 60 days of receiving it for a full refund of the purchase price.
How It Works
- You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- The product may be used — if it didn't work out for your dog or cat, you're still covered.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is approved.
How to Start a Return
Email us at help@ahnimal.com with your full name and order number. Our team will reply with a return authorization (RA#) and the return address.
Returning Your Order
- Once you receive your RA#, please send the item back within 14 days.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
- After we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days.
If Something's Wrong
If your item arrived defective or damaged, contact us right away at help@ahnimal.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
