Ahnimal Shipping Policy

Shipping
Most Ahnimal orders are processed within 1–3 business days. In many cases we ship the same or next business day.

Please note: during periods of high demand, processing may occasionally take a little longer (up to 7–10 business days). If so, we'll keep you informed.

Delivery
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier's delivery schedule. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International Orders – Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are part of the import process and are not fees charged by Ahnimal.

When placing an order from outside the Netherlands, please be aware:

• The shipping cost shown at checkout does not include local taxes, VAT, or customs duties.
• Any local taxes, VAT, or duty fees are collected at or after the time of delivery.

If a package is refused by the customer, Ahnimal reserves the right to deduct any return shipping costs and applicable customs fees or taxes from the refund.

By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for all local taxes, VAT, and duty charges upon delivery.

Currency Notice
Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank or card provider may apply a small currency conversion fee for international payments.

International Delivery Timing
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing. Because customs procedures are outside our control, Ahnimal cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe for international shipments.
